
As Program Manager, Brian's responsibilities help ensure the overall service delivery for the department as it relates to client relations, reporting, system functionalities, communications as well as marketing and business development. Prior to joining BOS, Mr. Brewer spent 10 years in a trust department setting overseeing institutional investment accounts and retirement plans and their various functions including plan administration, investment management activities, self-directed trading, participant recordkeeping, plan valuations, and relationship management to large corporate clients. Mr. Brewer earned a BA in Business Management from the University of Illinois at Springfield and has advanced areas of study in investments and employee benefits including Cannon and Dearborn Financial Institutes, Northwestern University/ABA Certified Trust Employee Benefits School and TrustMark Employee Benefits School. He is also an Accredited Investment Fiduciary.
